I had a fun relaxing Sunday. Full of napping and spending time with my family. Started with breakfast with A (my boyfriend), then watching reruns of Martin with my sister, a nice long nap, and then off to the movies with my parents and A to see Lucy, which was awesome! Sunday is probably my favorite day of the week. I always have a good day, and as you can see in my pictures, I was all smiles today.

Maxi Dresses are the ultimate outfit of comfort for me. This white one has a cute little crochet upper bodice which kind of gives it a boho vibe. I got it from Forever21 Plus size line and have worn it a ton of times since buying it. I looks great by itself, looks great belted, looks great with a cover up. It all around looks great. One of my favorite dresses.

Saturday Cool

I had to work a pretty long day today and I opted for this outfit. I snagged both the top and the pants from Stein Mart on sale for $20, which obviously made me very happy! This Calvin Klein top is a great piece for summer. I've mentioned before my love for the all white trend on here and this a another piece that can go with that. But besides that the structure and fit of the top is perfect for me. (Can't wait to wear it with denim cutoffs!)

And how cool are this pants!?! Great little aztec print and a pop of lime that makes for an interesting mix. I have also mentioned before my love for jogger style pants, so it was great to add another pair to my ever expanding collection. I love this particular pair because they are work appropriate but still cool and fun.

Black & White.......& Pink

This was a quick throw together outfit of some random things in my closet. Everything is pretty basic but that isn't a bad thing. That means I can pair them with everything and totally get away with it! This vest is pretty cool, its long and more of a boyfriend style. I'm excited to wear this more in the future. And of course I had to have a pop of color. I sported one of my favorite handbags from Target for some added fun. Oh and the two watch thing, lol, I actually just forgot I was wearing one and tossed on another on my way out the door. Oh well right, style is unique.

Matchy Matchy Again

Today I wore another matchy matchy set. I got this crop top and skirt from Dorothy Perkins (what's new haha). The tropical palm print is a fun twist when done in black and white. I paired it a few of my favorite things, like my target sandals, pink necklace, black crossbody and my goto wrist wear. It made for a perfect outfit for an early breakfast, and now I can just toss on a sweater as I head to work for the rest of the day.

Asymmetrical

I cannot express my love for Dorothy Perkins clothes in words. They have so many stylish things and come in such a variety of sizes that even fit a plus size girl like me. I love that they do not have a plus size line but instead just offer a plethora of sizes in each item. Today I wore my asymmetrical wrap skirt from DP. I love this skirt so much that even when I originally bought it in the wrong size, I ordered another in the correct size and now just have two.
I wore this skirt with one of my favorite cropped tees from Cotton On and then layered on the jewelry for an edgier look.

Matchy Matchy

I had a great mail day yesterday! This cute little outfit was one of the things I received. It is from Dorothy Perkins ( Can't you tell I'm obsessed). This tropical print with cute parrots is so adorable!

This is a two pieces, a top and a bottom, which I love because they can both be paired with so many other things. But I paired them together today. One of this seasons biggest trends is wearing matching prints. Its so classic!

I borrowed my sister's boyfriend's hat and grabbed my trusty brown handbag and have been out and about running errands for my sisters 30th b-day! Hat; borrowed. Top & Shorts; Dorothy Perkins. Sandals; Target. Purse; Forever21.

Tropical Comfort

I tossed this outfit on for running errands when I got off work today. I adore this tropical joggers. They are so comfortable yet so trendy. I tossed on a semi sheer cropped tank and a big knit sweater for added comfort. Even though it is summer I cant seem to get enough of joggers and sweaters! At least the tropical print and crop top still make it feel summery.

Crop & Skirt

Today is my honey's birthday and we decided to have a pretty low key dinner at one of our favorite spots. If you live in Jacksonville and like Japanese food/sushi than the Sushi House is a must try.
Since the weather was especially warm today I opted for a crop top and skirt. This white cropped top is one of my favorite pieces because it literally goes with any bottom I could ever think to pair it with.

The skirt is another one of my picks from Dorothy Perkins. Cute, right?!? I love the cut on this skirt. It makes it more interesting and the soft blue color is really pretty as well.

Lilac is such a pretty color and translates so well into clothing. I order this gorgeous blazer from Dorothy Perkins about two weeks ago and finally pulled it out of my closet. I am more than happy with it. The fit is great. Which if any of you are like me and have big arms, it is hard to fine blazers that fit good.


I paired this blazer with this equally as gorgeous white hi-low sheer top. I love everything about this tank! It falls so nicely in the back. And of course I love white for this summer!

Peachy Dreams

I finally got these peach palazzo pants in from Dorothy Perkins and I absolutely adore them! I paired it with this gorgeous lace top (That I've gotten several compliments on already). I snagged this top on clearance at Stein Mart for only $4.


I switched between nude flats and nude heels throughout the day depending on which was more convenient. And then grabbed this cute nude clutch with matching spikes, and my favorite watch and bracelets.

Overall I had a pretty relaxing day, running errands and such. And even though it is still dressy, this outfit was perfect for relaxing.
